Consultative and polyclinic department
The main tasks of the work of the Consultative and Polyclinic Department are
- medical assessment in difficult expert cases in order to clarify the severity of functional disorders, disabilities and social failure;
- ensuring the necessary volume of additional research, clarifying the nature of the course of diseases during an independent examination;
- assesssment of professional suitability, professional ability to work.
Patients are sent to the Consultative and Polyclinic Department by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, health departments of regional executive committees, higher (central) medical and rehabilitation expert commissions, as determined by the judicial authorities, in the direction of the Interdepartmental Scientific and Expert Commission.
