The CDL conducts a wide range of various laboratory studies in the following areas:
- Hematological studies: (determination of the number of leukocytes, erythrocytes, platelets, hemoglobin concentration, determination, differential calculation of the leukocyte formula, determination of ESR);
- General clinical studies: (general urine analysis, urine analysis according to Nechiporenko);
- Hemostasiological studies: (determination of APTT, PTT, PTI, INR, fibrinogen);
- Biochemical research:
- Protein metabolism - total protein, albumin, urea, creatinine;
- Carbohydrate metabolism - glucose, fructosamine, glycosylated hemoglobin;
- Lipid metabolism - triglycerides, total cholesterol, lipid profile (LDL, HDL);
- Enzymatic metabolism - alpha-amylase, lipase, AST, ALT, GGTP, LDH, alkaline phosphatase;
- Mineral metabolism - calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron;
- Pigment metabolism - total bilirubin and its fractions.
Based on biochemical tests, programs have been developed:

Immunoassay studies:
- determination of thyroid hormones - TSH, T4 St., AT-TPO, TG;
- determination of pituitary hormones - LH, FSH, prolactin;
- determination of sex hormones - estradiol, testosterone;
- determination of adrenal cortex hormones - cortisol;
Biochemical urine tests: (glucose, microalbumin, creatinine, protein, alpha-amylase, Reberg's test);
The CDL uses modern technologies to ensure the safety of the patient and staff - the BD Vacutainer vacuum systems for venous blood collection, the BD Microtainer capillary blood collection system, and safe automatic contact-activated lancets for finger puncture.
A high level of reliability of laboratory research results is achieved through the use of diagnostic reagent kits from world manufacturers and advanced technologies.
